Warriors are great quads. The are the #1 selling "sport quad" ever. Since the introduction of all the new 4 srokes, it is the very bottom of the food chain. It is still a good beginner quad. Depending on what you want it for you can out grow it quickly or it could be great for you. If you ride a Z400 or a one of the 450s you relize very qiuckly that a Warrior is a toy compared to them.

The new 350 Raptor is a Warrior in a dress. The engine has had very few changes in the last 10 years. Like they said its a tweener, its not for the track and its not for mudding. A great entry level trail riding bike.
