hey my friends gonna get his 450r ported and polished and sides a new head gasket what else do you need when you taked off the head that coulkd be damaged when u take it ogg like o-rings or sumtin i dont know all about the knew 450r but if anyone has took the head off what did u have to replace?

cut the head when its off that makes for more compression...the cheap way to go fast...

ya but like we need to know to we need to replace a gasket when we take the head off

yes you have to replace the gaskets

before you get into trouble, send out the eng to ATP their the best in FLORIDA. Let them do the internal work. Just my opinion.

ya im sending my 300ex off to them but my friend is getting it done by someone right across the street for him and needs to know if there is something he needs to replace

If i had someone porting my head, i would hope they would be able to tell me what I needed to replace.  If not, I would not have a great deal of confidence in them.  My .02 cents.
