Title: Pics from Lakeland 7/1 Post by: Ride1Rob on July 01, 2006, 07:49:43 PM Went back out to Lakeland today to get some riding in. 1st thing this morning after a couple of warm up laps I decided it was time to start hitting the jumps. Hit the double on the side and worked my around to one in the front. Was coming up to it and noticed that I didn't have enough speed :-\ . Was too late to back out so I gassed it. Did me no good! My rear tires didn't clear the face and it bucked me right over the handle bars and slammed me onto the ground. Luckily I wasn't hurt but my Man Card was pulled. What went wrong? I had hit this same jump 2weeks ago and didn't have this problem. Come to find out, I was only in 2nd gear instead of 3rd :o . Even though I knew what I did wrong, I was punked out. After talking w/ Brandon, Lyndon, Wayne, and Rich I built up the nerve to try it again. Guess what happened......

Next time when I go out there I will be jumping every jump on the track or at least try to. Great Job buddy. ;)

But it looks like a great quad track! I will definitely be going out there soon. Look forward to seeing you guys out there.
