Ah, one of cartmans many phrases, kids hilarious.
This sounds like one of thsoe old mad tv skits where the two old ladies were talking, and then one of them( played by mike myers, austin powers dude) would have a coughing fit, and say a topic, and tell the audience DISCUSS!
That thing was funny as heck,
I like apple pie from i think popeye's was it? Or church's?
