Title: WPSA Race In Florida Post by: YAM29C on June 08, 2006, 08:09:05 AM Does anybody know anything about the track that they will be holding the WPSA race at later this month. Is there already a track there or are they building a track just for this race?
Title: Re: WPSA Race In Florida Post by: Mrs.Nightbreed on June 08, 2006, 08:45:53 AM The race is cancelled :( The owner had permits to hold a few races a year there and at the last minunte the county decied that there is a clause they overlooked and he can't have the race. His lawyers are fighting it.
As far as the track, it was a private training track. The owner decided to bring in gates and hold events there. There has never been a race there. It is a hard pack track mostly., some sand . i heard it has changed a lot since we went out there. It was a few months ago. Overall it is the best track in FL I have been on. |
