Post by: lswjth2 on June 05, 2006, 04:21:16 PM Folks, it's time we organize as a group and start our own legal fund to fight all these a$$holes that keep closing down areas, then allow houses and condos and so on to go up. There are about 5000 users in this website, if we each give 5.00 a month, thats 300,000 a year we can collect to hire atorneys and file law suits. I for one, i'm waitng for 6/13 to come around and file a small claims law suit against SFWMD. It only costs 50.00 and you can sue for up to 5,000. I will use public law 101-640, section 313, as the basis for my complain. I hope the rest of you do the same, and hopefully if enough of us do, it might become a class action law suit. Let me know what you guys want to do. We can keep compliaining, or be a force not to be messed with...Rick
