oh yeah, i dont have a jet kit either, when we first tried, something electrical went high wire so we didnt even bother messing with the jets after the old problem was fixed.

My banshee had 16/40 on it and it top'd out at 110 mph. My YFZ450 has 15 front and stock rear . It hit 93 mph on gps

A STOCK BANSHEE MAKES 38 HP

That's a lot when you think of a 450 foreman at only 12hp stock.

It goes a lot of places with only 12hp, not very fast though.

Youre fat ;D What other wheels are they gonna go to, and doesnt the engine make the hp that would make it to the rear wheels.

No. You have HP that is measured at the crank (Brake Horse Power) and HP that is measured at the wheels. The HP will always experence a loss when transfered through the drivetrain to the wheels. I am not sure how much of a loss there is on lower HP applications around 50HP, but I would guess about 1-2 HP, maybe more, maybe less..One way to reduce HP loss from the crank to the wheels is a lighter flywheel... Ask your dad, I'm sure he knows alot about that stuff.
