Title: grizzly overheating Post by: brett711 on May 19, 2006, 11:39:49 PM like allot of bikes, mine is overheating..i cleaned the radiator but im still having problems..it happens mostly in 4wd..any suggest..

There was a recall on the 02 grizzlys that they werent getting enough airflow. You should be able to go in and get the kit. Its free if you are the original owner, and takes about 30minutes to install. The dealer has to do it though. Title: Re: grizzly overheating Post by: SwampRat on May 23, 2006, 05:42:39 PM You never had overheating issues before so something has changed. Do you think you may have got air into the system? May want to fluch the system and replace with new antifreeze. Is the fan turning on like it should?
