Title: grizzly overheating

like allot of bikes, mine is overheating..i cleaned the radiator but im still having problems..it happens mostly in 4wd..any suggest..

What year is it.

 There was a recall on the 02 grizzlys that they werent getting enough airflow. You should be able to go in and get the kit. Its free if you are the original owner, and takes about 30minutes to install. The dealer has to do it though.

also, what kinda tires are you running?
larger tires can make the bike overheat.

How old is that coolant/antifreeze? If more than 2-3 years of hard riding, change it.

It will probably take removing the radiator to actually clean it the way it needs to be.

You never had overheating issues before so something has changed.  Do you think you may have got air into the system?  May want to fluch the system and replace with new antifreeze.  Is the fan turning on like it should?
