An item is on the agenda for Tuesday next week about the case under paragraph 12, County Attorney. I would also like to note that this issue if the County Board decides to sue the State will not get over for years. I have heard of no movement so far on the State's part as far as getting us an ATV site to be used in the near future. Sincerely, Jim Mudd |
