It was weird not picking my feet up...haha I rode the entire place, the lack of any mud was getting to me so I blasted into a bunch of cattails..wrong idea. My trusty cable puller was in the truck five miles away, no one could come till after six and I wasn't ready to stop having fun. After pushing and sinking myself even worse I had another idea. What if I tie my rope to a tree and wrap the other end around a back tire..I'll be damned, as soon as the slack was taken up it popped the suction and plowed right on through like I had an 12000lb Warn and four batteries on my little ole Vinson!! I think I'll add another 100ft of rope and forget about getting a winch at all. :) |
