Title: 1990 RM80 Pistons Post by: chubbyEXboy300 on April 05, 2006, 07:23:21 PM I need a .20+ piston for a 1990 Rm 80 that has been .20+ bored over. I think i should buy the .25+mm piston (wiseco) but im just not sure. Another site said .50+mm piston. I really need some help with this before i buy and install a new piston.

If it has been bored over once already then the piston that is in it should be 47.75mm. Then you would want the 2nd over, which is +.50mm Wiseco part # 579M04800, which is a 48.00mm piston. But you will have to have it bored. You can't just drop it in.
