Buddy has an 05?  Foreman and when he puts a good deal of stress on the motor bike it pops out of gear....like when he runs a mudhole..and is trudging though thick stuff...anyone have any insight?

yes that or the 04 , I am not 100% positive on the year....

Is it an 2005?  I know of two pwople that had a problem with their tranny's when under a load like that. The dogs on the gears wore down and he lost 1st-3rd gears.  They would work fine , until put under a load then the motor would rev up (like in neutral) and the tranny did not engage. Both had to be tore out rebuilt $$$. The were both 2005 S models.
