Name your worst two pet peeves. For those of you that dont know what a pet peeve is it's something that really makes you mad or drives you crazy. # 1  My worst is when you put on your turn signal to change lanes and someone intentionally speeds up to keep you from getting over. My 2nd worst are the people that get to the toll window and then try to get together there money especially during rush hour. My 3rd is when people park in the handicap space even though there obviously not handicapped.Yes I know I said your worst two but I was on a roll. All driving related pet peeves.Maybe I'm getting road rage.

We have to be careful with you on the road!!! lol j/k  ;)

I think the worst one i hate is the teenage drivers that think goin in and out of traffic to get a few car lengths ahead will get them there so much faster, i go the speed limit and take my time and normally get to the same destination at the same time or sometimes even before them, so not sure what the point of it is  ??? ??? , i hate it when the old people have to make a complete stop on major roads before they make a turn, what is the point of this one also  ??? ???

mine is when u go to pass somebody and they speed up..
or when u are driving and ppl turn in some were realy slow and u almost clip them..
yes im 14 and i drive..and im realy good at it too..

1: Reading misspelled posts or letters etc. and knowing that I CAN'T correct it. I can't stand when someone is trying to make a point and then misspell stuff. ( [smiley=Wacko.gif] I know that is a weird peeve)

2: When my kids look at me and whine "WHAAAAAT" with that 10 yr old attitude!!!!!  [smiley=Angry.gif]I just wanna.........

or when you ask your dad for some money and he did have a job for u that week and then is remark is well u should have worked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im With atvtrailer on this one, people coming to a complete stop before turning, that kills me.  Another one is people talking on the cell phone while driving, hang up the damn phone and drive. The Wrost has to be when your on a highway and the person in front of you keeps braking when there is no one in front of them.

I cant stop. # 4  is when you hurry into the grocery store to  pick up something on your way home only to find people in the ten item or less line with 20 or so items.

i know right or u have to go wiht your dad to the store to get something for dinner and somthing else and they price check every thing just so u get embaresset

Thats one of mine for sure. I have no problem counting their items out loud and then pointing at the sign and asking if they can read.

tailgaters and people over 60 that drive still ;D

just kidding. I hate when someone rides my butt in traffic, they usually get a break check, and I hate when people dont close their mouth while eating.....makes me want to slap the food right out of their mouth. >:(

man the lady always has to come punch in the code so i store the code in my fone so now it is express...

How about when you go to the gas station,get out,open your gas cap,put the nozzle in the tank and you hear that old lady on the intercom say" THAT IS A PAY FIRST PUMP'

mine is i have a freind and ill be listing to music and he'll wistle as loud as he can the tune of the song..
and then he act's like he know ever body...
realy annoying...

i know this gass station by my house i go there wiht my quad all the time and it's the only one around me and she always deos that every body else is kool and then i pay 5.00 and only can hold 3.56and then she deosn't give me my change and she says im lieing about that...

or when your rding a z 400 and your friend wiht the bad ass trx thinks he's all kool and halls azz ahead and all the dust comes up and getts in your eye's..
or when your mudding and the gyu wiht the forman throw's mudd all over u that one fun..  and your stuck >:( ???

AND WHEN YOUR HANGING OUT WIHT A GURL ONE DAY AND THE NEXT DAY IT'S THAT TIME AND SHE'S ALL IN ABAD MOOD AND SHE WONT TELL U IT'S THAT TIME SO U THINK U DID SOMTHIGN  >:( >:(.... >:(

OR THE COPS PULL U OVER AND KEEP THER ELIGHTS ON AFTER YOUR ALREADY OVER.. I MEAN TURN THAT SHIZIT OFF

Geezz...there are so many.... I really hate it when people DON'T use the on ramp to ANY highway to get up to the speed limit by the time they have to merge...c'mon folks...at least get up to 55 by then, don't slow down to merge.  The other thing that ticks me off is when you have like a mile to exit, and they have to slow down and merge into the right lane IMMEDIATLY. (I know...this is probably someones pet peeve, not following instructions and listing a 3rd) When traffic slows down cuz there is a wreck on the other side of the Interstate.

ONCE IT'S CLEAR I STEP ON THE AS AND RIDE OUT I MEAN COME ON U AINT GO TO GO THAT SLOW TO LOOK THATS JUST BEING NOSY U KOW IT SHOULC DROP DOWN TO 35 AND THATS THE SLOWEST..
AND THEN LIKE LARRY THE CABLE GUY SAYS U GET THAT STATE TROOPER OUT THERE INTERSTATE PASE CAR BUT USAULY HE STAYS ON THE HIGHWAY FOR LIKE 3 HOURS AND U HAVE TO GO LIKE 55 BEHINDE HIM ..LOL

Walsh not to bust your chops but I am gonna anyway, brother you have some issues in each one of you replys that  reflect an issue with your dad. Let me ask you where you would be today and what would you have today with out him in your life? I am sure you have a house to live in, a computer to surf the net with, and food to eat. I am certain he has something to do with providing those thngs to you  Look at the positives before capitalizing on the negatives.

I cant stand inconsiderate cigarett smokers, or the fella that expects you to work on your vehicle for free because your a friend of a friend. There is that person that gets off the hwy to merge into traffic and they stop and hold up traffic in the merge lane. tardiness. broken collar bones. ;D

I have a few pet peeves. The first being listening to people eat/chew gum. I dont know why, but it's like my ears lock onto that sound and ewww, I hate it so bad! LOL. Also, I cant stand the elderly drivers who just cant seem to find the gas pedel.. if you cant go the speed limit, you shouldnt be driving... PERIOD. I have absolutely no problem with people talkin on their cell phones in public places... but do they really have to scream thier conversations? I dont need to know its that time of the month, or that your sisters brothers friends girlfriend is sleeping with the cousins brothers friends uncle AHHH, lol. And the list goes on.....

I agree chuck, broken collar bones suck.  I forgot to add one before, people that dont wear helmets while riding, idk why but it just burns me to see that, i start to hope they fall and bust their skulls open, natural selection at its best.

and the cell phone thing: It's even worse when they are yelling in a restaurant. I am not a table manners nut or anything but phones at the table REALLY agitate me.

I agree with most of yall's pet peeves, but my #1 pet peeve is people on nextels. I have one and use it all the time, but i cant stand the people in grocery stores that have to act like 10 year olds and leave it on speaker so everyone see's that they have a nextel. I dont care to hear their conversation, and from some of the ones i've heard i dont know why they would want other people to hear it either. Or when one nextel beeps in a crowded area, and like 50 people look down, grab their phone, open it up, stare at it, put it back on thier side, and know the whole time it wasn't thiers that beeped in the first place. lol

Haha.. yeah... cell phones are great. The one I love the most is the people with the ear pieces that ARENT IN THIER CAR! They walk around talking to themselves and you are looking at them like "WTF?"... then notice they have an earpiece in. Or better yet, you talk to them thinking they are talking to you. Just hold your phone, lol.

Mine are people being POLITICALLY CORRECT, Tree huggers and people who vote on new laws that do not have aclue as to what they are voting on. Remember people, if its on the ballot,then it is to either add a law or change a law so get informed before you vote or just skip that issue and don't vote on it. You are changing the constitution. Its how tree huggers get what they want. Its why the fish net has been banned. So many people just automatically vote yes because they don't have a clue. I'm through for now

mY BIGGEST PET PEEVE is people that eat so much mayonaisse that you can smell it across the table. I want to throw up everytime I see that disgusting condiment! I hate it with a passion folks!  :D

Ohh... speaking of smells! I can not stand when people smoke so much that you can smell it on thier clothes, breath.. etc. I had an old boss who I swear NEVER washed her clothes. She smoked ALL THE TIME! And it got to the point that I couldnt even talk to her or get near her because she smelled so bad. It was like a mixture of smoke/bad breath/body oder.. it was NASTY. I mean come on now, it's not hard to wash your clothes or take a shower, or brush your teeth at least twice a day... just PROPER HYGENE! LoL. It's really bad though.. I can still smell it to this day... and i havent seen her in almost 4 years.

SLOW TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT .

 #1: Idiots like Kerry and Clinton who want to rob us of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. #2: majority of the press, bunch of lying vultures. #3: Actors who think they really know what is going on in the world. #4: Tree-huggin hippie faggots who want to shut down our riding areas.

Ok here goes:
1) Peolple who make promises and then don't follow through and let you down with no apology.  [smiley=ThumbsDown.gif]

2) People who don't take responsibility for their own stupid actions.  i.e. People driving with no car insurance.   Parents who watch their kid get injured because of riding with no helmet or double, and then sue the landowner because there was not a "Danger" [smiley=Confused.gif] sign.  

When I just find  out something is happening and my wife swears she told me before and I KNOW SHE DIDN'T!! That happens all the time.

I just read all the previous posts and a funny thing...that Nextel speaker thing....I have a Nextel BUT when I'm in public I turn it to "private" and talk, I cannot STAND to hear someone else's conversation blaring across the room, ESPECIALLY when all they have to do is push a button and put the phone to their EAR!!  And the next most annoying peeve is walking out of a restaurant into a CLOUD of cigarette smoke.  Now, don't any of you smokers get mad....I know ya'll are having it rough, BUT, if you didn't smoke you would realize just how annoying it is to those of us that don't smoke.  And I am glad that at least it's not in the restaurants anymore. I have smokers in my family who get mad at me for complaining about it but I can't even look forward to holiday dinners because I know there will be three HEAVY smokers there.  

I hate when I have the cruise control set and then somone pulls up and then drives right next to me. Thed they start to slow down and then they speed up again and then slow down. That drives me crazy

#1 Pet Peeve - People who talk in movie theaters. Whether its on the phone or the person next to you, shut the *** up.

#2 - Women who are always cold. Damn it, its Florida and 80 degrees at night, how are you cold? Why do i have to sweat cuz you are cold, go put something on.

People who dont use their turn signals because one hands on wheel and other on cellphone.People that pull right in front of you and go slow(under speed limit)and or turn on the next street.Tailgaters [smiley=Angry.gif].I Will soon be in the process of installing a train sounding air horn and compressor under hood,and a digital display sign mounted in rear window with pre-programmed profane sentences,in my truck,to helpme vent. [smiley=Angry.gif]

1. When you're driving the speed limit and someone pulls in front of you and slows down to a speed under the limit.....
2. When people say u instead of you, etc. (ur instead of your/you're, you know what I mean)  it gets annoying after awhile... u know? ;D

WIGGERS, white people who think they are all "raw or phat" and think they are black.(no offense to the black race) Then you got the people who dont ride but wear jerseys and clothing of a particular sport.(MX clothes or skateboarding clothes) and then you go ask them what they ride and they act like your speaking chinese.
God another, i hate poser rednecks. The people who dress up in camo and clothes with confederate flags and what not and they arent, Hell they dont know what the confed flag stands for.
Another, When you get these "crews" who dress up in a fatigues outfit(pants, hat, jacket, boots) at school. If your so damn proud to sport that attire, go join the damn service!

This one really gets on my nerves. Whenever I go to a carnival and walk past a game booth not even looking the slightest bit interested,some carny allways yells, " HEY COME GIVE IT A SHOT,I'LL GIVE YOU A COUPLE OF FREE THROWS, and wont take no for an answer.Or he gives the line "CMON WIN IT FOR THE LADY' like thats going to pressure me into it.

How about when your traveling and stop at a convienance store to use the bathroom and they tell you its broke. I allways ask if they are going to sh_t in a bucket if THEY have to go.

Scratch those other 2 I listed before...cuz this one is worth double.

#3 When my family gets mad because I am not afraid to say something to someone at a place of business because of POOR SERVICE, or recieving the wrong things ordered at a fast food place.  Sorry but I will make a scene.  I only expect what I asked and paid for.

1. They're too young to join the military at that time.
2. Heard of JROTC? Sometimes you have to dress like that for that class.

no they are ordinary kids, our ROTC program dress up in blue like pilots not fatigues. Their "crew" dresses up once a week like that and at my school half the kids are old enough to join the service. My school has some umm SPECIAL kids ;)

#1-People who don't put their kids in car seats
You don't want to wear a seatbelt, thats fine...but protect your kids at least

#2-People that don't put their turn signals on then stop short in front of you to turn
Is flippin the signal THAT hard to do???

#3-People who take up 2 parking spots
When I used to work in PA there was this lady who ALWAYS took up 2 spots...and parking spots were sparse to begin with. I finally got fed up and put a real nasty note on her windshield. She never took up 2 spots again  ;D

#4-People who drive UNDER the speed limit.
When I lived in NY the speed limit was 25mph in my town and you'd get people driving 15 mph. They may as well be WALKING.

I have more but I'm trying to keep my stress level down  :-X

The kids in car seats is a biggy for me too. I will roll up on them and tell them too. Some people should need a license to reproduce.

here it goes, i could sit here for 2 hours and write stuff, LMK im right there with ya on that real long one u wrote. i work at a car stereo shop and people will call up there and ask, do yall sell car speakers?..... NO WE JUST WISH WE DID. and then all the kids at my school wear the jerseys and fox and this and that and i alwasy ask them, do u ride? ... and they say no and i say WELL WEAR SOMETHING ELSE... hahaha man thing just get to me i hate when old AZZ people drive BELOW the speed limit. GET OFF THE ROAD in ur nice fast caddy. the list goes on but i gotta go to work

If you get their tag number, vehicle description and location, you can call the Florida Buckle up Hotline to report unrestrained children  1-800-699-SAFE.  (I suppose it's not impossible that the tag # also goes into law enforcement database as well.)  ;D

A really big pet peave of mine is when I am working around the house on the weekend and I get a sudden urge for a beer only to get to the fridge and find that my wife drank the last one. I might drink twice a month so when I want one shouldn't it be there? I think there is a law in effect that will support my case. If not I think it was in our marriage vows.

Another thing is when people walk and they drag their feet! And yeah i hate hwen people take the last of something and dont bother to tell anyone or replenish it.

How about common courtesy's or ediquit <s?. You know yes mam, no sir, thank you, EXCUSE ME, pardon me, may I or even holding the door for someone. I am so sick of ignorant people walking in front of me or crossing my path without even acknowleging the fact that I had to stop from running them over on my crutches. I will usually clear my throat rather loudly and say YOUR EXCUSED! I went to  Catholic schools for 10 years and they always hammered it home about being polite and courtious. Maybe thats where all the pent up anger comes from,lmao. nuns,brothers and priest oh my.

I hear ya...we used to call them Demons in black...nothing more scary than a P.O.'d nun with a pointer or ruler in their hand... ;D

I belive that if you let someone cut in front of you  and they dont give you the little "wave"  it should be perfectly legal to get up under them and jam them into A wall ;D

I would never intentionally trip someone but there have been a few times when someone cuts across my path and a crutch goes into there step and they had a good stumble, then they are all like oh I'm so sorry.
Another pet peeve is when you go to a large store and people on the powered wheel chairs are only on them cause they weigh 500 lbs and I gotta hoof around the entire store following my wife on crutches/

A few years ago I used to work for a cleaning company cleaning a bank....they were the worst bunch of slobs. This one lady (I called her Fat Feet cause her shoes were HUGE) She never ever threw her garbage in the pail (which was right next to her big fat feet) but always threw it on the floor

One day she had a half filled cup of coffee that she left on the floor...so I *accidently* spilled it in shoe

i hate when a bill collector says they are gonna NOTATE something on your account............you can note something...........you can make a notation........but you cant  NOTATE ARRRRRGGGGGGG...........I hate that lol,as a matter of fact i hate bill collectors to lol
