LOXAHATCHEE — Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies last weekend charged six people with trespassing on undeveloped land at 59th Lane and 200 Trail North. The lot leads to more than 100 acres that partyers have been using to ride all-terrain vehicles and light fires. After nearly a year of complaints from neighbors, the property owner last week erected "no-trespassing" signs from the sheriff's office. Deputies also issued three written warnings and stopped 11 vehicles en route to the land. Law enforcement plans to closely monitor the site, Capt. Chris Calloway said. But what sucks worse about the ATV thing on dirt roads is the construction equipment ,loaders,tractors etc.Got stuck behind one on Sem-Pratt going south towards Okeechobee rd! Whats up with that??? They are not regitered NO tag and the cops leave them alone??????? TOTAL BS!!!!!!!!! At least the ATV dont hold up a mile traffic!!!!!!!!!!!!! Title: Re: Thank God for cops! PLease read. I used to road run them and loved it when i got a cop stuck behind me. This is very close to the enforce property, as 60th is the main road to the area. I also think the dump trucks are worse than the construction equipment!!!

Oh, and that tractor trailer we saw get stuck out there on that sugarsand.

It's paved from Seminole Pratt, west, then turns to dirt when you cross the canal. There it turns into 59th Lane N. The ATV crash occurred when the rider attempted to cross Seminole Pratt from 60th St N. and was struck by a northbound truck. The rider and his 2 passengers (3 on the ATV) were flown out. I was the second unit on scene.
