Title: +2 or +3 for 450r
Post by: UncleRico on January 18, 2006, 11:53:40 PM
Has anyone had any experience with +2 or +3 A arms for a 450r.

I'm not sure what the benefit/drawback is between the +2 and +3 A arms.

Thanks

If your going to be riding MX, then you would want to go with a +3 arm with a 4-1 wheel.

If you go with a +2 arm, then you can get about the same width with a 3-2 wheel.

You are better off to go with all of your width on the A-arm. It helps the quad steer better, and not as hard on the spindles and bearings.
