ive seen about 3 other yfz's break in the same place. ??? i think its a really wiered spot to break. must have been a hard landing.

It does suck your brand new gusseted frame cracked. BUT now you are getting brand new WALSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yamahi's frames are weak even with gussets  raptor frames arn't any better  but you'll never see a honda frame do that. stock ones  time to buy a walsh or houser now

Its not a matter of name brands here i think its todays steel quality. I have seen alot of newer frames crack all over.  I got a 20 year old frame and It just showed its first sign of cracking around the foot pegs and I dont think its the steel quality on my quad i think it the monkey on its back.... 200+ rider.  :o

Funny you say that, I've seen many broken 450R frames. I now have a new frame, walsh gusset kit, and walsh 6 point subframe on the way, and my shocks are going out to noleen.
