Steve, remember they are still the "Dang Thacker Brothers" only expect #86 to be in the mix as his valves are no longer smacking the top of his piston.

A good source told me that Rob would be running the Vet class. Whatcha think Steve...

I think let him in but we will be checking ID's.   ;)   Hey Dale I've got your parts & you can't have them unless I win the expert class.  hahahahah

If you would put a few HONDA parts on that quad you maybe could win..........................but then probably not

It's been almost a year since my last race so I guess one would figure I quit ha. Just really wasn't motivated is more like it. And as far as what class I'll be running.... Well I don't know any of those guys in OB and OA, can't keep up w/ those rockets in OE, I know 4 - 5 of you guys in Vet so I guess that's what I'll be running. Not quite officially a VET yet... but wth  :P

TBR dont give Steve any more ideas I like it when he cant catch me on my stock 450. He arleady has enough motor work done..LOL

I know Wayne, he has more done than the TBR motors

Well Steve, the way I look at it... If you don't get the jump and leave me by at least 3 bike lengths b/f the 1st turn... if you don't absolutely whip my arse in those 5 laps (with your bike being big and almighty and me being so rusty...) either you need to get a re-evaluation on your mods, your skillz, or both :-*  .

Well Steve I will have to give you the last race. Thats fine though. I am bringing your video of the race and I am sure you will see once you watch the video that I the start was messed up and I come from the back of the pac and caught you and then I over extended my riding and flipped my bike over in the last turn . And when I did I was on your arssss. All I have to say is you had better have had Mike do everything possible to the 450 because you are going to have your hands fulllllll.... Dont forget you already have motor work and if i am having no problems with you now just wait until I break the valve cover off of my 450..

Oh ya I will admit that what made me go buy a 450 was : after building a 450 for Jesse and had a chance to ride it. Steve, once Jesse improves his riding skill WE are both going to have our hands full with him. (not trin to rag on ya Jesse) I seen the differance in the way the 450 responded compared to my ol Raptor. I was very impressed with the power and handling. I rode his bike at SM on Sunday and went and baught one on Monday. I still recall you having trouble tring to keep up with the Raptor. I can tell you this riding the raptor was like fighting a tank. My body does not get worked as hard as it used to.

Dang man the tension is getting tight in here .....  Mike hasn't done anything to my bike yet except for the porting so we will see how he does here real soon.

Wayne you know I don't run well out front by myself so its nice knowing that your right behind me. Yes I watched you the whole race moving up thru the pack but there was no reason for me to freak out when we went in the last turn. I didn't even know you wrecked until you came off the track & told me. My little ol 439 is still tired so don't get all worked up over the little things. j/k

kind of off topic but does it cost anything to bring a pit bike in if your bring a regular bike too?

Thats the good thing about this forum. All of this is in good love. We all get to have fun and get to run off at the mouth. We all have fun when we get together. gotta love it.

Hook it up JT... Vet class probably hasn't ever had this much heat in it. Now all we need to do is to get Tony to come out of retirement. I'll 2way him today ;)  .

Mans its been real quiet on this site. Whats up peeps. Lets get this thing started back up. Its almost time to race. Cool weather is going to have the quads running great.

Got me a new pair of Nike's today!  Im gonna put some of those fat laces in them so I dont have a blowout!

Good racing today!  Might have to consider getting a 4 stroke after today.
That stock 06 R was running pretty good! Just couldnt catch Kern, and ran out of juice!  I'll have to start getting some seat time.
Ill have to ride w/ someone faster than Steve though to get into shape! :o

Great racin on Sunday guys. I think that was the largest turn out we have had. I think 12 n expert and 17 n vet. That was the 1st time I had run with the big boys in the expert class and I think I need to step up on my riding skills because I got my azz handed to me. Not complaining one bit about it because it was FUN. I actually had to work in that class unlike being in the vet class with Steve, Just playin with ya Steve. Rob you done very well after not being on the track in over a year. A little more seat time and you will be back in shape. Jesse I am glad you are finishing the hole 5 laps now. Its time for you to hang them n-tts off the side of the quad and hit the throttle because the quad is begging for more. Oh ya Steve what happened man I watched the video and it looks like Dorian finished in front of you. Whats up with that he is on a Z400 for crying out loud. Steve and I had our hands full in the vet class There were a few guys that were really giving us a run. I had to work my ars off to get 2nd.I gotta give props to LIL FLEA for bringing home 1st place in the youth class.

Yes we did have our hands full this time & yes Dorian did run in front of me because he was able to take the top & get out of traffic. Me I got stuck in the bottom with to many people in my way but thats ok he can have that one. I think we should run expert alot more to help us out but I have got to get rid of the arm pump. It dang near killed me in the expert class. I think it was that 6th lap that just put me over my limit. FOR NOW ! Once I get my new shocks on I am going to be riding alot more often so I can build up my stamina.

Try movin your bars a little and see if that helps with the arms. I will be running in the expert class from here on out. I think that is the only way I can learn and get faster. And besides it will be fun to chase them DANG THACKER brothers, just playin Mr T. It was a blast running in the expert class and the vet class. It took a toll on the ol body but it was worth it. Everyone needs to goto the photo section and check out the pics that Dorian was able to get. He has one bad ars camera. You can see just about every single grain of sand in his pics. Awesome pics.

Steve one more post and you hit the big 1000.

Was a nice and beautiful day fellas. You guys were definitely moving out there. Being out a year I definitely have to shake ALOT of cobwebs off. I wiped out in every race. Even if not for that I still couldn't have run w/ you 2 guys though :-\  . Your game has definitely gotten better. Stayed after and ran some laps at the end of the day and began to fall back in the old groove. As of now I don't know if I'll make the next one b/c my axle is bent pretty good.... AGAIN! We'll see wha happens.

Well certainly not the best day for TBR but we really enjoyed the big turnout.

Rob, sorry I did not get to talk to you.

JT, great to see you back in the saddle, you did good for a old man.

Wayne, I hope you are chasing the boys but with all the competition they will have to step up a notch.

Kevin, it is always good to watch you race. Your quad is fast but you are one of the smoothest riders I have seen. Don't you ever make a mistake?? You ran a great race, we hope you will race there again.
