I don't know if any of you guys are from Orlando or ride in Orlando, but in the Apopka area theres a place called "Keene Rd." Right near the dump if you have Google Earth im sure you can look it up, for now theres no signs posted keeping us out and we havent gotten in trouble for it yet. Its a pretty decent size sand pit where alot of us from Ocoee and Apopka go riding on the weekends figured i'd give you guys a heads up Smiley

well just a heads up, if you look at the pit to the left of it theres a road follow that road down it then towards the end of the road on your left you'll see a trail follow down it to get to the pit.

I wont have my quad back til wedsnday or i'd go out there it show it to ya.

i think the name of the road is mcqeen go all the way to the end you'll see a long sand drag on the right the entrance is on the right.

from winter garden head towards ocoee on plant street turn left at kangaroo store(old handy way)stay on that road till you pass binion rd. then it's your first right.keene rd.go threw the first stop sign then it's a mile or so on your right.straight acroos from the dump and r/c airport.

they do close it down from time to time but always open it back up.if you go over to the sand drag turn right follow the fence line there are a few trails back in there.

please don't take your trucks back to the pit that is why they close it down from what i've been told just park on the side of the road. the dump does own all that land.there are a couple nice jumps and a few hills to climb if they open that back part up again.

maybe saturday would be best then, I can drop off my daughter with the emergency babysitting service(mother ;-) and be able to rip it up a bit.

and if you got a 400EX, then you can hop on mine to feel what it's really supposed to ride like ;-)
