Chuck, if you're going, I'm going. I'm not doing a marathon, though. When I'm done, I'll head back. Donna (Stitch) will probably go, and I may have as many as 5 more riders with me. Susieblazer- you, Hoss and the crew going?? Dunno

wilburzbro- GREAT to hear you're going. Your son going, too?
What about MuddingMark?

Probably be by myself Kurt. Wilbur said he might be going out of town and my son had a few problems on the report card so he will be out of commision for at least 9 weeks. I'll have to give Muddin Mark a call.

Redtree......feb 11th for the main ride as far as I can tell.
There are some people camping overnight.....so I am sure the fun will continue into the next day.
I don't know that there is a 'firm' time to meet though...........
but I think 9-10 AM is not too early?
This will be my first BIG group ride, so I don't really know what I will need as far as substanance.  I don't know if there will be grills for burgers/steaks...(I may buy one of those disposable grills at Walgreens).
I travel with my own 'cooler' so thirst will be quenched.....it will be a learning experience.

Chuck-
Group rides don't stop long enough to fire up a grill. Just long enough to scarf down a sammich and ride.

***UNLESS***  We need to wait for an ambulance and perform first-aid!!!

when Hoss is on call, susie is on call.
I thought the saying was "when Hoss is happy, susie is happy."

(maybe that is what she was trying to say?)  HA!

The JIST was.......you (susie) could not make it because Hoss was unable to make it.   Meaning.........he was the reason not to go.
Hey..far from it for me to say why people come and go  (someday you will meet Barbara!!)
But if Barbara was On CALL..and I could not go somewhere....
I would EXPECT someone to call me on it.

(if you can't go , You can't go...........leave it at that).

I can't afford gas but my truck should be able to pull them if you want to go.  Make a deal.....you cover gas and I'll get y'all there.
