photo size, admins/moderators help?

Hey, it seems whenever I try to post a pic I have to shrink it down to about 430X300 or smaller??  I see lots of pics posted that are bigger than that...what gives??  Is there a standard we have to follow or what?  What's wrong with a 600X400 pic?  It's not big?

best thing to do go to http://imageshack.us/index.php and hit "browse" and download your pic there. It will give you a link which you can copy and paste in your atvfl message and the pic will show most any size. If you need help message me know and I will walk you through it
