its easy take you carb off your bike makes it alott easyier  take the top off forgot wat its called change the needle setting according to the instructions. put the top back on. then take the float bowl off take the main jet out replace with one specified then put back together then adjust the air fuel screw according to the instructions.

Sounds kind of complicated to me.  Im going to put my yoshi on at christmas and think i might take it to the shop to get it jetted because i'd probly mess someting up.  Will instructions about jetting come with the pipe?

I can walk you through the jetting process and get you some what close, shoot me a PM and I will give you my phone number, you can get me Nextel DC in the radio Rescue section other wise..
I can tell you  that the best over all investment that I made when it came to jetting was the JET4POWER system. dials it right in like Johnny on the spot. Just my .02

If you are coming to the Jasper ride I'll put the jets in for you. I cant make a recommendation on what jets you need because I dont have a 350 raptor. Get the jet specs from the pipe manufacterer or from someone with the same mods as you, this will get you very close and then you can fine tune it from there.

i can actualy give him the main jet for his bike but i used the needle that comes with the kit. and i have mine jeted to run my uni airfilter no air box lid and no baffle. so i use a bigger jet than you would use with just a filter. do the filter and jet kit it was well worth the money.

I am getting a k&n filter, hot cams camshaft, and a K&n jet kit. will be here before jasper hopefully.    Is it safe to run without airbox lid if you dont have a prefilter.

Yes, it safe without a pre-filter. I would recommend you get one though, it keeps crap from packing in the pleats of the K/N. I would rather see you use a foam filter, they are easier to kleen properly and much better at keeping the dust out of your engine.
