When I take it in deep water something gets wet and it misses but dries up quickly and runs fine. It almost seems like the plug gets wet. The mech. at Nature Coast said he can't find anything obvious but I didn't want to tell him that I was in deep water as it's still under warranty. Any ideas?

Try putting some dielectric grease inside the plug boot. It would be a great idea to put it in all of your electric fittings.

I did that once but I don't think i got enough packed in there. I'll give it another shot. My wife don't like me muddin' her quad anyway.
