OK, hers the deal, I purchased a 8x20 converted cargo/toy hauler a couple months ago. Don't get me wrong, it has beds, porta potty,ac,stove and sink. The only thing it's missing is the hot shower. So I look at rvtraderonline and find a real nice pimped out toy hauler. What do I do, find a shower enclosure and rig something Dunno, or do I make the wife happy and buy the pimped out ride and sell the 1 I have now? Bang Head Help!

<~~ accepts donations of 8x20 converted cargo/toy haulers. I will take it off your hands for you cause Im such a nice guy. j/k

I would go with the Pimped out toy hauler, just remember if its that pimped out it might be a pain to unhook from a campsite just to haul the toys to a riding area.

The expression being pimped out is meaning that it has all the comforts of home. I guess I would have a comfy place in the barn if she got mad at me Wink

I made the fatal mistake of telling her at MSG this weekend that Swamprat let me use his outside HOT Water shower while she took a nap. Swamprat it is all your fault Cheesy

Well, if you see the 8x20 in the for sale section you know what happened. I asked the wife if she wanted to go and look at it and she said no, you know if I see it I will write the check. Do you think I would have any problems selling the 8x20? Anyone looking, the a.c. is cold and it pulls nice?

If adding a shower to what you have is going to cost a lot of $$, then just sell it and buy what you want.  But I think it would be cheaper to just modify it Huh?

I think what you have is really nice.  You saw ours.....and it's very similiar.....and you're in a lot less debt!!   Wink

Just my .02 cents.   Huh

Take a look at the Logics. It is very similar to yours. You can buy a 6 gallon hot water heater for your shower. Then just drill a small hole through the front and add the shower attachment that Swamprat had. Your hauler is nice as it is and it would be much cheaper. You could maybe even strengthen the roof and add a deck on top  so you can see the veiw over everyone else. LOL

The deck idea is awsome. If I get a toy hauler I want to try that out.

You can go to any building supply store and get a plastic one. It even comes with its own cheap shower handles and shower head. They work pretty good but you may want to change out the shower heads and stuff. You pretty much just build around them and put them up. They are pretty cheap also. I sold plenty of them when I was selling materials.

Hey 05- check these people. I've bought some stuff from 'em, and they seem to have a ton of stuff in the online parts section.

I forgot, you can also call Pace directly. They have a factory in GA with some pretty good tech lines. They should be able to tell you what they use, and then you can search for those parts. Maybe even buy them direct.
