do you have to have a spark arrester in ocala national forest? If so, are they very serious about that law or do they not really check? thanks.

I've never seen them check for the arrestor, but I'm sure they will if you give em a reason.

Seconded,,,,,seems like few of the rangers know that rule,,,,but it doesn't take much to have one, and most if not all aftermarket pipes have one anyway.

If u have an aftermarket pipe say on like a 2stroke bike, it has a spark arrestor you say, but is it like a different kind than a stock one on the outside end of the muffler? cause i have seen some aftermarket ones that dont look like they have the same type spark arrester if one at all as a stock muffler.

spark arrestors come in many shapes and sizes,,,,,best to consult with the manual for the pipe, or maybe the website of the manufacturer of the pipe to find that information if I read your question right.

Yea thanks, cause my freinds aftermarket pipe looks like it doesnt have a spark arrester from the outside but maybe an internal one idk, ill check up on
