personal pic please help

i went to village photos and copied the html and evrything clicked i have my own pic and clicked no pic were u can choose from already there picture and wen i saved it nuthing come sup also when i put in the url it say persolezed pic has wrong letters or w/e in it?

Make sure it is .JPG or .GIF, If it is not you can open it in "Paint" and switch it.

how to i change it? ist a jpeg so i quess i cnat use it but how do i change it?

you can try photobucket its easier for me than village. all you have to do is copy and paste the url
