Value of this 185s ATC?

Would appreciate any help on this one. My brother-in-law is trying to sell his 1983 Honda 185s. It has been restored with many new parts including new gas tank, new tires, new seat, new handelbars. Engine has been painted, no rust...it lacks brakes however. But its a great looking bike in Exc. condition. It is for sale but he doesn't know what its value is. He was thinking somewhere around $800...perhaps more. Any suggestions as to value or if someone is interested please let me know. $800 sounds about right. I sold an '84 200S a few years ago in similiar condition and that's all I could get for it.

mine was a 110 fist then a 125m and then 185s love them all!!!!
