 ride in my backyard all the time, Dont know if it is legal but I figure it is my property so why not?

Its your property.  Althought the bigger, the better so as not to peeve your neighbors.  Im not aware of any place that you can not ride your own propety.  Sounds unconstitutional to not be able to.

you can ride in your yard all day long. the only way they can stop you is if you are violating noise ordinances.

dang it. i wanted to ride in my yard at 10:30pm(thats the time when you have ultimate climate conditioning for atv performance) you know-humidity,moonlight,etc. oh god i'm getting romantic. gotta go.
