Croom this weekend?

Any one ever been camping at Croom on Labor Day weekend or any long holiday weekend for that matter? I noticed last time I went that there were not very many campsites. I'm worried if I wait until Friday night that there won't be any campsites left. Any experiences with this situation?I'm thinking of going Thursday to assure a spot although I have heard stories of some locals paying for spots at the beginning of the week. Also is there bar in the hotel by the entrance and is it any good? Thanks.

I am going on Monday. Not camping out. You should be fine if you get there early enough.

I don't think I can afford the cost of fuel to go riding right now,lol. Between the tow rig and 4 quads its at least a buc.
