We adopted our dog too from a Pet Rescue in Dallas.....adopted dogs are the best!  Good job....he looks sad though  Cry

He was on meds. We got her spayed, that's why she looks like she is in bad shape.

  Her masters didn't care, you can see her bones. And before you adopt a dog, they have to sit at the vet for 1 week and wait to see if the owners claim them. Wink

Did you ever call that vet's office near Gainesville? Lots closer than Dallas!

We adopted the dog while we lived in Dallas. The shelter was called Operation Kindness. As far as looking for Min-Pins I don’t know what to tell you about locating one of those. But I would recommend visiting your local animal rescue office and seeing what is available.

We just got this new puppy a week ago and let me tell you hes a handfull and no we didnt adopt him paid 700 bucks for him Full bred Boxer this makes the second one we have awesome dogs...

I went to the pound 10 years ago and adopted one myself.  She's the best dog.  Had one when I was a kid too.  My parents went to the pound and adopted him.  I also have a friend here in Sarasota who's wife rescue's dog's and gets them ready for adoption.  It's a great thing knowing you've saved a dog's life.  Here's a pic of my baby and I.
