How to post a Pic on your Profile?

I cant figure out how to get my personal picture on my profile.  Any info will be much appreciated.

If you have photobucket, you just copy the link from the url and hit paste where it says "pic url ..."on this  and if you dont have photobucket its a website where you host pictures for free that you can put on websites. if you want more info just send me a pm.
