1:The Severe Duty pads on this site look square. How do they work with a Polaris setup?

2:Are the sintered pads better?

3:Most Important, is this the cheapest site? or do you know of better prices?

try www.rockymountainatv.com they usually  have good prices, im not sure which break pads u want or need, but check rockymountain out, they have usually been cheaper when ive compared the 2
