Big Scrub or Dalancy West Report?

Anyone ride up there lately? I have not been up there since 11/2013

Delancy West is $6.00 a night, has lots of shade, but nothing more than fancy outhouses. No water or electricity.

Big Scrub is $12.00 a night, almost no shade. No electricity, but a few lots have water. It does have real bathrooms with showers, but no electric plugs in there either.

If you camp in a big camper, these things probably don't matter to you, but if you really camp like I do in a tent, then these things do matter.
