need help locating,awesome riding area in carol city> HELP NEEDED HERE!

hey guys i need ur help to see if anybody remembers or had ridden in this place back in the day..i use to go back in 1986 to about 1989 to this big abandoned golf course in carol city,it was all white beach sand type soil. i remember seeing alot of dirt bikes there even few local pro factory sponsored riders there..has anybody here ridden there or remember exactly where this use to be?.im sure its been developed by now....

Cr500 off of 37 and the palmetto by the turnpike there was a golf course we used to ride but they started building there.

when was the last time u rode there (speedman)...was this in carol city,the course ur telling me about?

We used to have bon fires out there, became very friendly with the local cops, we called it 207th since thats the turn off of douglas, its just south of the turnpike and miramar hs. Careful tho we got ran out of there when the cops had a change of heart do to the number of stolen cars and other stuff back there

If you're talking about that PRIVATE property south of Sun Life Stadium, it's very small(Walmart bought up and built on half).  It's located in the city of Miami Gardens, highest crime rate in the country, bring your weapons.

no its not that 1 by sunlife stadium.but i know that area the crime sucks, 4 black teens, smack my buddy in the back of the head with a 2x4 as he was loading his kx250 on his truck.he had to pull his 357.magnum & pop  a few shots in the air 2 scare them off,then he 2 go get steches on his head.

What was the name of that abandoned golf course? Was it the one near where Warren Henry auto dealership is now?

No this is not by the stadium, u rake a levee to get there, again south of turnpike west of douglas has a small lake on the north side, i have some awesome pics and vids frm there if i could fogure out how to post tem
