Alicia raced, but Jon Didn't , Jonny Vance was there but didn't race.
we have been waiting for everyone to show up.
I guess there isn't many real open class quad riders left ,that have the heart, and skill to let it all hang out,and not get discouraged and quit when they are not competitive right from the start,or when things don't go exactly as planned !!
We will be there for the last points race, lets hope a few of the old school weekend warriors show up for the last race,in this points series.

I wasn't refering to your group because you missed a few races.
being so close to dec 25th and geting colder out,it usualy thins out the attendance this time of year anyway, problem is there isn't much to get thinned out !!
I believe Vance ,will be there,I will try and contact him and Scully.
Ramond has another quad in progress but wont be racing until next season, hopefullly Dave will have his together also.

I spoke to Mr Ware today and unfortunately he has an important work function that was rescheduled from this past weekend to this coming weekend.

I don't think "heart and skill " has anything to do with it! Last I checked, I believe racing cost money and open quad parts don't last forever. I'm sure I could mention a few other reasons but I can hear the eggshells beneath my feet begining to crack Wink  I think with the opening of OMS, next season will bring alot of racers back. I liked what I saw at the last race, it looked like a family ran track again. Now I'm kinda wishing I didn't sell (give away) my kawi's sway bar.

its together now,but Jon smoked the new clutch after a couple of passes racing the 300" dirt drags on 4 snows.
he used the banshee for the drags afterwards.
it will be together for this weekend, but I'm not sure if we'll race it or just run some practice on it.

the banshee just spit an oring on the worked stock head again, but I replaced the head with the cool head off my banshee,it has a similar dome profile and size.

thats good to hear. daves right lower rod bearing destroyed itself in only 2 races. thanks hotrods for the crappy chinese bearings! i got a crank from the 2 stroke shop in austraila headed my way. its a super nice peice. ment for RZ350 roadracing, so it should be wayy tougher than the hotrods junk! also, i know how hard it is to keep a clutch in a "big bore" motor. too much torque! Thumbs Up
