Unfortunatly yes, another no helmet death.

It was legal to ride ATVs in my area on the street, If you wore a helmet and obeyed the traffic laws, But there were hundreds of kids 16 and under, that never obeyed the laws, and even though it was legal, they still ran from the cops, never wore there helmets, and tore up the roads. And because of that they outlawed it only 4 months after it became legal.

Unfortunatly, when things like this happen, it gives the state more power to keep ATVing illegal.

Everyone should be more careful, use common sense, always wear a helmet or at least give one to your passenger, if your gonna ride with someone on the back DONT speed or drive recklessly, this is a perfect example of why.


Another RIP that could have been avoided.

that suck i dont like hearing this stuff ... but south florida needs a park to go and ride on ...still must wear your helmet and gear .... dress for the crash not for the look

I hope the trails im trying to open will reduce or eliminate future tradgedies like this one. Our prayers to the families.  Please support the pledge we started for a safe,and legal place to ride!!!!!
