Shirts look great and I can't wait. Wilburz the masta rappa, everywhere I go there is sure disasta!

My grandma lives in Leesburg and that is about 45 from Eureka. Pepes can camp in her front yard or she has a huge screened in kinda windowed in porch that folks could sleep in. I don't think  she would care. If you want to hang let me know and I will ask her. I am going to go from here to Eurika on Sat. A.M. and come back to Leesburg after the ride. Thought about camping but kinda hot.

I've been up there all week, can you say DUSTY. It rained a little Thu. evening but for the most part its dry. I was riding the Rhino with the kids Wed. morning and saw a black bear and 2 little cubs. We see the bears all the time but thats only the 2nd time I've seen cubs.
Anyway, I'll be there. My place is always available for a stop and I think there will be at least 4 riders with me.
I talked with a ranger in the woods on Fri. the designated trail system is really going to happen, things will be changing.

Yes, it is happening. It's that or no riding at all. Too much habitat is being torn up. Every time a new trail is made around some whoops or whatever, it is another nail in the coffin. Yeah, we don't like to hear that, but that's how it is and we better get on board with it! I don't like it either, but it will still be the only National Forest in the east with significant trail access. That's why I am trying the Volunteer Ranger thing. We need to police ourselves before it gets done for us. Trust me, this is the lesser of two evils!

I'm climbing down off my soapbox now. By the way, we will be watched on this ride. They know about it, and not from me.

Is this a good ride for first timers to join?  New to this site and the sport.  Havin fun already but would like to meet some new people.  There is 4 of us.  We can find the place and will have coolers, and all the extras the women bring.   Anything else we should know would be appreciated.

It's going to be about a 50 mile ride all on Saturday.  I think the group is big enough that the ride won't be as fast as the last group ride.  We'll likely be gone  all day riding.  If you're new I'd be surprised if you aren't sore on Sunday.

It's a fun ride and going out to the St. John's river is cool.  This would be a great ride to meet ppl.  If you decide to come we'll look forward to meeting you.

Are you guys going to come for the whole weekend or just part?

We dont mind sore when it does not involve working out, lol.  We might stay but my wife has to work Sunday night.  If we have drinks and too much fun we always come prepared to camp out.  She is low maintenance in that way, j/k.

Scratch 2 off of the list. My son and his girl frind (fieancii sp) they just go engaged this past Friday, are not coming on the ride. Darn, I get one day a year to call mine and they stole it by anouncing their engagement on my birthday. But then he said it will help him to remember the day so he does not get in trouble latter on. I gess that is kind of smart on his part.

I will be there for sure.
