For those of you that do not know............T Bowl is allowing open practice this Tuesday-Sunday for TT or Flat track weather permitting.  This information came from sandbagger whom spoke with Linda (track owner/manager I believe) you can view his post here http://www.atvflorida.com/forum/index.php/topic,41229.25.html

My group is planning on being there Sunday all day weather permitting.  We are hoping to do TT practice.  Who else thinks that they can make it Sunday for TT?

Just a FYI for those interested

For practice Days

NO GATE FEES
NO SPECTATOR FEES

Practice is $15 per rider

I am sure those who have practiced at Thunderbowl in the past will remember paying $20 per rider.........the new management is offering us a wonderful deal!!!!!!!! So who is coming?

I have some room on my truck/trailer for a quad or two, I am in the Apollo Beach/Ruskin area hit me up if you need a ride!!

Hey Guys
There is a flat track practice being organized this Saturday, January, 23rd. It is open to everyone quad or motorcycle alike. The TT practice that is being organized on this thread. Is it open to everyone as well? Just wanted to know as I will be sending out my e mail blast this evening and will extend out an invitation to all that may want to attend either day. And from my personal experience on practice days......you typically go out and ride whatever track you want to ride at the moment. Fun for all.

Let me know so I can include in my e mail tonight.,

THANKS

The practice is open for ALL!!!  I have pm'd a lot of the old riders (quad) and have found that most have either sold their quads or have gone to mx.  Somehow we need to spark the interest of TT and Flat track riding for the quads.  I know it was the thing a few years ago then we had the change in management a few times and then the lack of interest came along with it.  I think the quad people need to know that Thunderbowl will be consistent in staying open and will provide a place to have fun.

It was an ok turn out.  About 15 in all.  The track has been better in the past but the owner said there were issues with the tractor.  He said they are going to dig deep then re-roll the surface, hopefully it will help.

thats the same thing he said at the last practice. I hope he is true to his word and gets that track in better shape. I for one love to race there but it needs to be a better track. Does anyone have any advice for him to help the track conditions???

The best advice would be to pay Brady and Rick to fix the track.   Approve  We all know they worked magic in the past!
