Rebuilt my sons mini quad after he's had it for a couple years now. Took me about a month and a half to Tear apart, strip/gusset/prime/paint and clear frame, paint rims, cut fenders, add AC nerfs, rebuild/beef up motor (New Tranny, HC piston, & a ported race head).

This is where I started...

Stripping frame...

Mounts rewelded for AC nerf bars as well as frame gussetted...

Frame with nerfs mounted...

All primed up and ready for paint...

Coated and cleared frame white...

Rims coated black.

Almost there....

Cut an inch off of the nerfs to move them in closer to the frame...

With motor installed...

Complete...

How do you like the rear fender cuts?

Closer...
