First make sure you're bike is set up. You're gonna want long travel suspension, good handle bars, and some nerf bars. Lighter tires are good, and you should have full riding gear. Go to an mx track to get used to jumping before trying out a ramp.

Start off just doing one footers there really easy dont go tobig with them just pull it off the bike just a little and each time just do it a little more then through both feet off

cut your fenders and tidy your cables. i have got into more trouble catching a front fender or snaging a cable then i care to remember

thx for the help im on 2 nofooters right now but my battery box FELLOUT and ive been riding my bros ltr450 and my friends 450r i need there suspenison, im getting white platics so my bike will look cool ifu want u can lookm at my vids on you tube under the smae scrren name,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFsv4STljaU

Youre gonna want to get full gear, probably a neck brace if you plan on doing tricks. A helmet is a must no matter what. Get used to motocross before even attempting any freestyle. Like they said, start off small and work your way up. Also, health insurance is a must just in case.

i just got gear and i fixed my bike i blew out the battery box >_<, 300$
so thats fixed ima gonna start at dade city,i can do 1 footer now and 1 footed whellies i can kinda do no footers bu tthe hard part is finding jumpos the i can htiaand ride on
