Yo i got word this is happening
 - the Triple Canopy Ranch motorsports park is having its grand opening on July 4th.  It's a huge 400+ acre off road riding area with huge 3+ acre mud pit plus smaller mud mud pits for atv's and a seperate mud pit for kids riding.

Its located on CR 630 in Polk County, near the intersection with SR 60.  entrance off CR 630 near cell tower.  Camping is allowed and they are going to have food, drink, beer vendors out there all weekend.

I think the website is coming soon, but supposed to be a huge party that weekend.

It is having the Grand Opening on July 4th weekend, the website should go live this afternoon or tommorrow. There are seperate pits for trucks and ATV's and they are much larger than 3 acres.

There will be vendors but no beer or alcohol vendors.

Well, after 18 months of pursuing our zoning and permits we’re finally going to open our doors to the world of mud bogging and off road vehicles.  Today, I’m glad to reveal the launching of our website www.triplecanopyranch.com and announcing our Grand Opening over the July 4th weekend.

We have a lot to accomplish in the field to be ready for our grand opening, however, we have a dedicated team of hard core mudders who love to meet a deadline.  Although our intentions are grand in providing the finest park in the area, we are realists and surely expect the unexpected to occur.  Whether some pits need more mud or some holes are too deep, we will be on the watch for your comments and suggestions as we strive to make Triple Canopy Ranch the most desired park in the area.  Our location is ideal.  Located in the center of the state will save our guests from having to travel long hours and allow them to spend more time on their toys rather than on the highways.

So come on out and join us for our inaugural July 4th Mudworks.  I think you’ll be pleased with what we have in store for you.  Check out our website to learn more about Triple Canopy Ranch and I hope you will be able to join us in the coming weeks and remember……..”Play Dirty or Don’t Play at All”.

Had an invite for a little preview of TC this weekend.  Monster sized mudholes.  Imagine a 30+ acre pit for the  big boys.  Another 15+ acre pit for ATVs and then another Jr pit for the 12 and unders to use.  A circle track for racing in the muck/water and a water/muck drag track.  Camping areas all about the acreage.   Nice roads throughout the facility.

There is several hundred acres to ride, around pits, camp areas etc..From what I previewed it was mostly for the super sized mud pits. If you are a RR member you have 50,000+ acres to ride right next door.

There are venues such as motoplex, seminole & other tracks for sport quads to ride. TCR is purley a MUD BOGG, there is no track, trails etc to ride sport bikes. There is plenty to do for 4x4 utility, sxs & trucks-buggies. There is nothing there for sport bikes to do accept drive back and forth on the roads & through camp areas. They wouldnt be happy so whats the point of allowing them in.

Hey, bushwacker, there is a perfectly fine piece of land NEXT to the water.  Just aim a little to the left next time.  Stick with me, kid.  I will get you through this.  haha  Dawn

In one of your posts you state they have, "Several hundred acres to ride". I'm pretty sure they could have found something in all those acres for sportbikes  Roll Eyes .

I do agree with Ride1Rob.  If there isn't much for them to do there, then most of them would stay away.  But if they wanted to tag along with their muddier buddies just to check it out, they shouldn't be "banned".  Our buddy has a Suzuki that is a racing bike and he gets into more mud than I do.  Just my 2 cents worth.  Dawn
