Sorry Swamper if you took it wrong. I meant no disrespect. Just seeing how we were totally off the beaten path of the original question re: L-cross or Underhills. I thought I would interject a whole bunch of areas most have never even heard of to broaden the spectrum........and go off topic a bit more

The disturbing thing is the animosity some of you show toward Paul and the Plex. Paul took his own money and purchased a place for the sole purpose of providing somewhere to ride. He sought everyone's input on designing the place and tries hard to offer something for everyone while maintaining a safe, family environment. Sure, it's in North Florida. But, it's simply another place to ride and I've never heard a single person complain about their experience at the Plex.
Nobody's discounting L-Cross, Bamboo or any other area for that matter. It's great that those places are available and that people enjoy them. Take your pick. If you like it, have a great time. But, you always get a certain group of folks who engage in extreme douchebaggery and disparage Paul, the Plex and anyone that enjoys it there. Meanwhile, those same folks are missing out on a great time with great people.
So, I say, enjoy L-Cross, Bamboo and any other place that's legal and open to ride. That's what it's all about. I hope all of those places stay open forever and that everyone attending them has a great/safe time. In the meantime, if you want to act like a two year old and make snide remarks about Paul, the plex and those who attend the plex weekends...go ahead. You're only making yourself look like a complete idiot and missing out on a good time. Only you lose in this scenario which, is indeed a shame.

Good idea. We're fortunate to have a "buffet" of places to ride. Lets sample them all.

was gonna go to bamboo but read no loud or noisey quads..... i dont have a loud noisey noisey quad but a 2.5 ton truck with stack headers (about 14746891264891 more DB's louder than a loud noisey atv) so im in for l-cross. and if its ok for that than theres something wrong with profileing there. its kind of like the pit bulls punish the deed not the breed. a little word of wisdom for mr. underhill, you do own an off road park correct?

Hows the trail ride Satuday morning at Lcross? Never been on it.
I have been on it. And well, it's not too fun! It was a one time thing for me.
You just follow a guide and look at trees and cows.
But as far as which one to go to... L-CROSS for sure!!!
I love it there and the parties are crazy!

Wow, what a hilarious thread. Good to see some things never change.
I can't comment on Bamboo, but LCross is a great place to ride and is a somewhat short drive for us South Floridians. Truth be told, I would rather go to Macks or 8th over any PAY TO RIDE deal. This is a new phenomenon in Florida and it sucks IMO. Enough that I have already invested in a very large chunk of property in Georgia for when I finally decide to abandon the place I was born and raised in because it is way too much of a toilet...That is another rant though.
Anyway, time for a funny story, so while I was on my way to the MotoPlex for a really incredible time and some seriously hardcore riding, my buddies were driving around aimlessly looking for L-Cross. They never found it and eventually gave up. lol
Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I will let this one speak for the plex.
...and it is the truth.
A few more.
Anyone remember ID@ over here??
In any case, there are plenty enough riders in Florida for 100 big parks.
Later, you all have a good one.
