Two weeks ago I ordered A-arm bushings and sleeves from JD Performance. As of yesterday I had still not recieved them. Out of curiosity, I called them today to find out the status of my order. Lucky for me, I was able to talk to the same girl who took my order 2 weeks ago (I forgot her name Sad) She informed me that her boss had hired a family member to "help" out in the shipping department, and since then, orders have been getting messed up. The girl told me that my order was never put into the computer and never shipped out!!

Grin She then started out telling me how sorry she was and that she will have my order next-day aired at her cost (awesome!). She asked if it was for my bike and we started talking a little about it and the work thats been going into it. Getting more aggravated at the employee who screwed up the shipment she made a bold gesture. To my suprise, she decides not only to give me free next-day air shipping, but to also not charge me for the parts themselves ($72)!!! She basically ate $100. I was absolutely floored! I am so happy that she went to the extent that she did in order to ensure a happy customer. I would have been more then happy with just the free overnight shipping, lmao. After this experince, I would defiantely order from them again and I recommend them! It was so nice to speak with someone so kind... seems like dealerships are lacking that lately.
