All, I was able to attend and speak at today's Collier county meeting and the county has instructed their attorney to begin the paperwork to file a lawsuit against SFWMD for a breach of contract. I recommended that the county take back the roads in the Picayune until SFWMD makes good on the deal.

On a second note, i have it from a good source that the permitting process for the Jetport ATV park will be very challenging, so you know what that means....Rick

Rick.
Thank you very much for your efforts. Family and work issue have kept me out of the loop. I'm will try to be more active this year. If possible please add me to your email list when meetings come up. I use to get notification, heck I still have a large scale print of the Lake Traffard project in hand from the SFWM meetings.

I think that plan is toast with the arsenic issue. I only have a large print.
