Is there anyone in Broward or Palm Beach going to the OHV Advisory Committee Meeting on Jan 13 2009 2-5 pm in Boca? This meeting is very important and considering there is not one single piece of property you can legally ride on in Broward or Palm Beach I would think that there has to be atleast 1 person out of over 25000 registered off road vehicles that can make it to get involved. OR DO YOU MEEN TO TELL ME NO ONE IN BROWARD OR PALM BEACH CARES OR WANTS TO DO OR SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!! The meeting will be at the Courtyard by Marriott 2000 n.w. Executive circle Boca Raton,Fl 33431 from 2-5pm on tuesday January 13 This will be a chance to get involved and be a part of a solution to not having a place to legally ride!!!!!! PLEASE TRY TO MAKE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing as how I am a member of Florida Sportmans Conservation Association & Palm Beach Airboat & Half Track ..... I can tell you this much-
There are specific members of their ATV / OHV committees in Broward & Palm Beach County Conservation Clubs that all they do is go to meetings of this sort ... If you want to go be my guest...

z man if u make such big deal about it u go to meetings all of them. i ride my bike every weekend with no prob at all i live in broward bout 10 min from that meeeting too and i wont go unless u pay me

zman, let me apologize for the brilliant responses you've just received! Most folks have to work during those hours. Don't be discouraged. Please attend the meeting to get a sense of the obstacles which have led some to believe the meetings are unproductive. You gotta admit that we're not getting the results we desire as quickly as we desire. That is discouraging and mass attendance at OHV meetings isn't the best solution. Unfortunately, you'd be best served to post this information in the ATV Activist section of this website.
