Everyone please put Mike (ATVFlorida screen name "koh0001") and his family in your prayers. Mike's 12year old daughter was in a pretty good accident on Saturday at T-Bowl, She recieved a few broken bones to say the least. She was a real trooper thru the whole ordeal, she remained calm and did not panic. I belive she was going in for surgery today for her right arm and leg. Mike if you need anything just let us know. Hope your daughter has a speedy recovery.

Mike hopefully you will not be in the dog house to long.

What's her name, so we can wish her well?

She is young and should recover quickly, not like us old folks

Get better soon!!

Her name is Autumn. She is 12 years old. She broke her right arm and right leg. She was absolutely amazing through the whole ordeal. She never cried, didn't panic, never once complained about pain. I've seen grown men cry over much less serious injuries. Her only concern through the whole thing was that she tore up her daddy's quad.
She was supposed to have surgery today. I will post an update as I find out more info.
Our prayers are with the Kohler family.

Mike & Autumn, we're thinking about you and wishing you a speedy recovery!  I got it on video and it was a bad wreck, shoot me an IM Mike and I'll email it to you.

I would like to give props to Rick who responded so quickly to be there for her and Liz, Brady, Jayman & Wayne.  You guys did a great job attending to her until the ambulance got there.

I'd like to say Thanks to Rick, Wayne, Brady, Gary, Jayman and everyone else there.. you guys did a GREAT job helping us out , And everyone else at the track!! we feel like we have a real family there.!!

Autumn had surgery Sat night at 11:30pm it was about 4 hours, they put screws in here leg right above her knee. She has a cast from her upper thigh to her toes. They cleaned out her arm the best they could but....when the bike broke her arm it pushed the bone out and into the dirt, and they couldn't get all of it out the first time. She's scheduled for surgery again sometime today to see if they can clean it out better. They are worried about infection more then anything. She did a great job through it all so far!! Only cried when they made me leave the room when we frist got here. I'll let you guys know more today. Just keep praying!!!

Thanks,
  Kohler

Autumn,

You have a new fan club, and I'm your number one fan. I've seen grown men ball, cry, shake, or shiver when they only had one less serious of and injury as yours. You had two, and remained calm and complacent the entire time. I know your father is proud of you as is all of us. I know with your great character you will rebound quickly. Stay positive! I hope to be lucky enough to get the opportunity to sign your cast... and maybe I could get your autograph while we got the pin present!?

Mike,

I know where she gets that great character, and you should be commended as well. You set a great example for her and stayed calm, focused, and let the people who could help her best do their job without interfering and causing a ruckus. Having a child myself, like we spoke about, it can be very difficult to see that kind of serious injury and stay clear headed. If you guys need anything you know where to ask. I know I speak for all of us.

Keep us updated.

Well... we had surgery again last night and they were able to get all the dirt out...She got a plate and 6 screws. they took her off the IV today and started her on pills. They also got her out of bed and into a rolling chair for awhile. So, we're hoping to make it out of here Fri., or Sat. Keep your fingers crossed. She was awake, and able to talk today really for the first time. a BIG step forward. Thanks guys for everything. I'll let ya know when we head home Grin
