Anyone live near the turnpike and exit#99

I saw a grat area just south of exit#99 and the turnpike, anyone ever been there to ride?

I live by there. We used to ride from there down to the service plaza in WPB. I think it's about 5 miles. There used to be a lot of cool trails back there. Now it is all houses and just that little spot on the North side of Belvedere road. the best/most of it was on the South side of Belvedere. Not worth driving more than 15 miuntes to ride there. It's only the small area you see, like maybe 2 blocks. Plus it's posted, but local people still go.

I live 5 minutes south of there. It's a decent spot to ride. PBSO ran us out of there
