Is there an atv club or riders association in Brevard? And if not how do we form one? I know alot of guys and gals are riders here, it would be kind of neat to get organized. Then we could fight some of the recent land closures here in Brevard. Also For those of you who don't live in Brevard, don't come here if you ride stupidly we have enough problems keeping riding areas open. Cool Cool Cool

Lived in Brevard all my life till around 3 years ago. Where do you ride at? I know theres a few sand spots out near Tittusville and a few spots back in P.S.J. Is Canaveral Groves legal to ride at? My brother lives very close and I went back on a mountain bike and it looked pretty darn nice.

Yeah the groves are still open but for how long??? The kids who party at night there are gonna get it shut down though, the sherriff has been out there more and more at night because of general drunkedness, and it's mostly teenagers. There was a freshly burned car in the main gathering area west of the radio tower today.  As for PSJ I don't know how legal it is to ride there considering the county has no trespassing and no motorized vehicle signs around the area south of PSJ on Grissom. We're going to 5A tomorrow, but I've heard that the county was closing down the parking area so I'll know more about that tomorrow. Sarno extension, Palm Bay, Malabar, and basically anything south of Canaveral Groves has been shut down either by the county or private land owners.

Look into the MuddyWatersATV club. They're a central florida club with some Brevard members in it too. They have a ride scheduled for fathers day at the Canaveral Groves area. Check out their site for some info. www.muddywatersatv.org  Grin
