dixie hills atv club

there is a riding club just north of waycross, ga called dixie hills atv club. i talked to a member of it last friday. they pay around $150.00 per year to ride on 600 acres bordering the satilla river. i know thats not much land (640 acres = section or 1 square mile) but its a start. wish we could do this on a larger scale in florida. they carry an insurance policy so the land owner is not liable.

Did they mention how many members were paying the yearly dues?  Just curious as to how much money they are paying the land owner.
