Please take the time to read the below from the owner and take a minute to send a short e-mail in to support this project in Polk Co. this park will be for both ATV and Mud Trucks etc. This is on Cr630 on approx. 460 acres.

Friends,

For those of you who responded with an email to the Polk County Planning Dept. last month in support of my proposed family motorsports park, I’d like to thank you for your efforts.  During the hearing, a member of the Planning Commission made comment about how divided the public was over this proposed park.  That was a positive remark on my behalf as the Commission usually receives comments in opposition to proposed developments versus seldomly ever receiving any positive comments.

At last month’s hearing, the Commission granted me a 60 day continuance in which to provide some additional information.  This info. has been passed on to the Planning Dept. and we are now awaiting our next hearing date which has been set for July 8th.

Once again, I need your help.  If you are in support of my proposed Triple Canopy Ranch Family Motorsports Park , then please consider sending the County Planner a quick email voicing your support.  The contact person assigned to this case is:

Todd Zeiller, County Planner - ToddZeiller@polk-county.net.

Your email can be as simple as “I support the proposed Triple Canopy Ranch Family Motorsports Park .”

If you know of anyone else who you think would have an interest in supporting this park, then please forward this email to them.  If you have any questions you’d like me to answer before sending an email of support, then please email or call me at my direct line listed below.

Thanks again for your support.

Peter E. Cassidy

I sent one, heres what it read.
Subject: I support the proposed Triple Canopy Motosports Park

Hi, a friend of mine recently forwarded me an email which talked about a family Motorsports park in Winter Haven Fl. The email talked about how the public seems divided over whether or not this park should exist. I support the proposed Motorsports park 100%. I feel there are not enough of these parks, and because of this people who ride off road vehicles begin to ride on other's private property illegally. With places to ride off road vehicles, the public will be happy and police won't waste time and money into patrolling forested areas looking for tresspassers who are riding illegally. Please take what Ive said into consideration, so us ATV and Dirtbike riders can continue to enjoy out sport.

Sincerely,
.........

the guy trying to do this is in winter haven, but the park is off c.r.630.
i am a ups driver in polk county and i would say depending on where at on 630 this is located, it is at least 30 minutes away from winter haven.
I am writing this just to clear things up and let everyone know it will not be built in winter haven

I know the Cassidy family very well and they are great people. If they do something, they will do it right. I hope this goes through.

 Mine was sent as:

I support the proposal for the Triple Canopy Ranch Motor sports park. Ridng is a valued family activity that gives us the opportunity to enjoy what we love to do. It also surrounds us with a friendly environment with people who show our kids a positive outlook on life. Not to mention it's a great way to keep physically fit in a fun way.
With the economy and the cost of fuel staggering so many families, a motor sports park closer to our community, would allow us to enjoy our favorite activity more often. Please view this not only as a place to ride, but somewhere families and friends have to look forward to.

I wrote a nice one about my illegal riding habits in his county and others and the reason for this was the lack of riding areas. ATV riders don't get old, they just loose their: TRAILS Bang Head Bang Head Cursing Cursing Give Hell Give Hell Flaming Flaming Flaming Wave Wave

Friends,

I’m almost there but I need your help one more time.

At the July Planning Commission hearing I received a 4 – 3 vote of approval for Triple Canopy Ranch. Unfortunately, the Planning Commission imposed twenty conditions upon this approval of which I need to get three of these conditions either removed or revised. To do so, I immediately filed my own appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to the Board of County Commission which will hold a final hearing on October 8th.

This is where I need your help one last time. If you are in support of my proposed Triple Canopy Ranch Family Motorsports Park, then please consider sending the County Planner a quick email voicing your support. The contact person assigned to this case is:

Todd Zeiller, County Planner – ToddZeiller@polk-county.net

Your email can be short and simple such as ….”I support approval of the Triple Canopy project”……or as long as you would like it to be.

If you know of anyone else who you think would have an interest in supporting this park, then please forward this email to them. If you have any questions you’d like for me to answer prior to sending your email, then please email or call me at my direct line listed below.

Thanks again for your support.
