Open Practice Days At Thunderbowl Speedway

There are open practice days at Thunderbowl Speedway every Sunday. Of, course this is dependent on weather, race schedules, etc. Open practice runs from 10am - 5pm and is $20.00 per rider. Below you will find a list of practice days for the next couple of months. Open practice days are for all groups including ATV's, Motorcycles, Karts, Sprint Cars, etc. At first, practice will be for flat track only, and once the TT track gets built practice will be for both flat track and TT.
Also, there is no concessions on practice days. There will be a Pepsi machine, but no food, so come prepared.

PLEASE- BEFORE YOU LOAD UP AND DRIVE TO PRACTICE- CHECK THE WEBSITE OR CALL TO VERIFY THAT THE TRACK IS OPEN.

Is there going to be any guys with 2-wheeled toys going to practice this weekend? Ben an I plan on making it on Sunday and we were hoping that there would be some others there. It will be nice to be out on the track again and with others of the 2-wheeled persuasion. Maybe even get an impromptu practice race together!

No, track is a mess from last weeks rain. Practice is cancelled.

Well now that bites the bullet. Must have been all that praying for rain in the spring that did it. Either that or somebody did a really jam up rain dance!
